How I Can Help You

I have an MBA from Golden gate University in San Francisco. After college, I worked in roles of increasing importance until I became the VP of Finance of a multinational corporation based in Montreal. In 1982, my wife and I started the Mount Family Group which owned the Westaff franchise for providing temporary help in Burlington. In 1996, we began to expand and by 2010, we had 13 offices in New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Sales in 2010 were in excess of $28,000,000. Between 2002 and 2009, we competed several acquisitions including two in our local area and 3 elsewhere. The acquisitions were made in the middle of the Great Recession. In 2010, the shares of the company were transferred to our son and daughter-in-law as a result of a carefully executed succession plan. I am experienced in mentoring, accounting, business planning, franchising and succession issues. I also directed the use of an advertising agency to promote our company. i have mentored clients in acquisitions, business start-ups, human resource matters and accounting.
