COVID-19 has affected every business in many different ways. For those businesses with physical locations, it's been especially challenging managing the uncertainty and unknowns. This is why it is absolutely critical right now that the messaging on all your digital outlets - website, email, social media, and blogs - is clear about new guidelines, what patrons need to do and/or wear, what to expect while inside your establishment, and delivering this information in a way that's friendly, disarming, and maybe even a little humorous when applicable.

COVID Messaging: What to Say & How to Say It is going to review best practices for writing on digital outlets and provide some ideas on how you can come across as well-informed without the fear factor.

We are excited to have creative copywriter and brand storyteller Jodi Lawaich, of The Write Stuff VT LLC, join us for this session.

Plan on networking/chatting with fellow entrepreneurs, the speaker and SCORE mentors at the end of the session.

Did we mention that it's free?! All you need to do is register!
